Only in this system can you get one kart in Lv.1 only once.
For example, I will get another item except 遊俠 9(Paragon 9) next time I upgrade to Lv.1 if I get Paragon 9 this time.
But the probability of Golden Monster 9 is 1%. It means if you want to get Golden Monster 9, you are likely to have to pay more than 200,000 won.
And Golden Monster isn't much more powerful than Golden Paragon 9 in Taiwan.
Black Beetle 9 in Korea may be a better choice.
